How do you strengthen M&E in a context of conflict?
StrategyHouse.dk works with DACAAR in Afghanistan to build capacity among 800 staff to better identify, measure and communicate the change they create. Using a participatory approach to training, we help DACAAR strengthen their Theory of Change, and support their monitoring and data collection.
DACAAR staff is helped to work with Outcome Harvesting to better analyse the effect of their work, identify verifiable changes in behaviour influenced by their projects, and assess how their interventions plausibly contributed to them.
